On Friday, October 4th, I gave an oral presentation, titled From Flight to Might / My Experiences and Recovery from Panic Attacks, Depression and Insomnia, at the Eton Mobile Home Park Clubhouse in Canoga Park, CA.
Arranged by my friends, Nancy Sanford and Janice Bordeaux, this talk followed my journey though over thirty years of the anxiety issues described above. I am passionately devoted to this project in the hope that others will resonate with the information and be inspired to seek the help they may need.
